A sign
ature is as unique as you.. and so is the signature in case of a professional email. This is how a signature can be added in outlook 2007:
The process is the same as that in outlook 2003, the only difference being the ribbon feature in outlook 2007.
Open outlook 2007. Click on “Compose New mail”. When the new page comes up. click on “Insert” Tab on the ribbon.
Click onĀ “New Signature” and enter a name for your signature. It is always preferable to have multiple signatures ( one for you official mails, one for your friends, one for your girlfriend etc.. ). You can also set a default signature if multiple signatures are present.
Now select this signature from the signature menu in insert tab.
